Meeting Minutes

Tyler started the meeting at 19:30.

Phil gave the treasurer's report at 19:31 (see above).

Remember to use smile.amazon.com when buying things to have a percentage donated to ML256!

Jake gave the facilities report at 19:35. We've been tidying up and Lost&Found is making its way toward being empty (this is a good thing). The raw materials storage area has been heavily reorganized and there's currently a push to reorganize other raw materials. The new 100W laser came in today! It will live next to the office/arcade machine once installed and we're pulling it off the pallet after the meeting. The UPS battery has just been replaced thanks to member donations, so thanks to all that donated! The roll up door camera is not working properly and is being debugged.

Project/Events: MakeOrnaments will occur on December 7th at 6:30PM. We'll be decorating glass ornaments with paint pens or acrylic paint. We're also considering laser cut ornaments and running an eggbot. If you're coming, please sign up on Facebook so we know how many items to purchase.

Kinsey sneezed and was blessed by Kirstin.

The laser cutter arrived and the rewards are being produced. The t-shirt has been designed, stickers have been cut and weeded, and we're hashing out the rest. We're waiting to plan the laser party until the laser is installed and functioning.

ML256 is collaborating with DHI on a rocket display downtown, led primarily by Hunter and Tyler.

The next meeting will occur on December 14th.
