Meeting Minutes

Tyler started the meeting at 19:30.

Voting for the board elections began at 19:30. Voting ended at 19:37.

Jennifer gave the treasurer's report 19:37 (see above).

Tim gave the facilities report at 19:40. We now have paper products again and Josh has been keeping the lawn mowed. The toilet paper dispenser has been replaced and normal rolls will now be used. The office toilet is currently leaking from the base, so please use the other one if possible.

Projects and events announcements began at 19:42. Retro game night is happening on Saturday from 4PM to midnight (and times near it). Please be sure to clean up any active projects before Saturday. The weekend after next is the public library's nerd con and the weekend after that is Phreaknic in Nashville. Tyler talked with DHI about possibly building playground equipment, so contact Tyler if you're interested in helping. Josh and Amanda will be leaving us shortly and will be traveling cross-country, so click here to subscribe to the technomadic space truck.

We have one new member this meeting (see above).

The next meeting will occur on November 19.
