Meeting Minutes

Phil gave the treasurer's report (see above). Phil will have year summary donation forms for anyone who wants them next meeting.

Facilities committee report by Tim: There is a new materials donation sheet available in the office for material donations! The treasurer needs to sign it. CRTs are still disallowed. The shop has heaters! Phil has brought in a 220000BTU forced air heater for heating the entire space. It consumes about a gallon of kerosene/diesel an hour. There are also a couple of kerosene-only lower capacity heaters floating around as well as electric heaters. You can buy kerosene at the gas station on the corner of Andrew Jackson and Oakwood. See Phil or Tim for instructions on how to use the kerosene heaters if you don't know how to use them.

There will be a cleanup day on December 29th.

There will be social activity tomorrow night (December 21st) as a faux end of the world kind of thing.

Alice will be offering knitting classes on Thursdays at 7:30 for at least the next two Thursdays (December 27th and January 3rd).

The next meeting will be on January 17th.
