Filing Articles Amendments

Amendments are filed on the first floor the Courthouse in the Probate Judge's office. Cost to file one (1) amendment is $27.50. If you have several amendments, best to put them in one amendment filing. The amendments must be notarized, though they have notaries in the Probate Judge's office. The impression I got is that it is not their job to notarize. As is good practice, ask politely, and be patient.
